Terms and Conditions
- Dual Eligibility for Parents: If both parents are permanent employees of the Punjab Government, they may apply for scholarships for their children separately.
- Application Form Verification:
- Applications must be routed through the head of the applicant’s department.
- Verification from the head of the educational institution is mandatory.
- Required Documents:
- Student ID Card Form: A copy of the student’s ID card or registration form.
- Guardian’s ID: Attested copies of the guardian’s CNIC.
- Pay Slip/Pension Book:
- For serving employees: Attested copy of the December 2024 or January 2025 pay slip.
- For retired employees: Attested copy of the Pension Book.
- Private Institution Certificate: If the student is enrolled in a private institution, a certificate with the institution’s registration number must be attached. The institution must be affiliated with a recognized board or university.

- Only applications that fulfill all eligibility criteria and are submitted with complete documentation will be considered.
- Students from both public and private institutions can apply, provided the private institutions are properly registered.
