Title: Assistant Director

Salary Range: PKR 153,900 – 292,410
Age Limit: Maximum 37 years
Qualification Requirements
- BBA (4 years) / MBA (2 years) from HEC Recognized University
- Master’s degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field
Core Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee franchisees’ daily operations within assigned region
- Ensure compliance and provide operational support
- Monitor performance against key metrics
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Expand regional footprint through franchisee onboarding
- Maintain strong client relationships
Strategic Implementation
- Implement operational improvements
- Ensure SOP compliance
- Coordinate with field teams and internal departments
- Develop solutions for operational challenges

Terms & Conditions
