Key Terms and Conditions
Rate Applicability
- The rates apply to buildings owned by Public Sector entities
- Ministries and Divisions are permitted a 5% margin above notified rates when necessary
- High-rise centrally air-conditioned buildings qualify for 25% additional rent across all cities
Implementation Guidelines
- Immediate implementation of revised rates
- Existing rental agreements will be reviewed upon lease expiry
- Special cases requiring rates beyond prescribed limits must be referred to Finance Division

- Pak PWD has been directed to conduct market rent surveys
- Focus on privately owned residential accommodations
- Survey to cover six specified stations
- Deadline: 3 working days (Top Priority)
